Codestiny (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is operated by an individual proprietor based in Karnataka, India, and is available at codestiny.info. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is — and is not

Codestiny generates written readings of birth charts (janma patrika) the way classical Jyotisha texts describe them, framed as a reflection and discussion aid on working style for startup founders. The astronomy behind each chart is computed accurately; the interpretive layer is a classical tradition whose predictive claims have no empirical support. Readings are offered as a lens, not a forecast.

The Service does not provide — and must not be relied on as — financial, legal, medical, psychological, or business advice, nor as a basis for hiring, partnership, investment, or any other decision about yourself or another person. Readings contain no predictions of events, no compatibility scores, and no verdicts on any relationship.

2. How the service works — and what it costs

You request an analysis through our request form, providing birth details and an email address; we prepare the analysis personally and send it to that address, normally within a few days. In keeping with our family’s practice, there is no fee and no obligation to pay anything, ever. The email may include a link to offer a voluntary contribution (processed by Razorpay); contributing or not has no effect on receiving the analysis, its content, or any future request. We never receive or store your card or banking details.

3. Your responsibilities

Submit birth details only for yourself, or for a person who has asked you to (for a pair analysis, both people should know the request is being made). Do not use the Service to harass, evaluate, or make decisions about anyone without their knowledge.

4. Intellectual property

You may keep, share, and reproduce your own readings freely. The Service’s software, design, and text are ours and may not be copied or resold.

5. Availability and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we may decline, delay, or limit requests at our discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount of any contribution you made in connection with it.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
