Contributions, Refunds & Delivery

Delivery

Codestiny is a fully digital service — nothing is physically shipped. Analyses are prepared personally and delivered by email to the address you provide, normally within a few days of your request. Delivery does not depend on any payment.

Contributions

There is no fee for an analysis. The email delivering it may include a Razorpay link for a voluntary contribution. Contributing is entirely optional: it is not a purchase of the analysis, it does not affect the content or timing of anything we send, and choosing not to contribute never affects future requests.

Refunds

Because contributions are voluntary and not payment for goods or services, they are generally not refundable. We will always refund in full: duplicate payments, an amount different from what you intended, or a contribution you made in error — contact us (see the Contact page) within 7 days with your Razorpay payment reference. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations

A contribution is a one-time payment — there is nothing recurring to cancel. To withdraw a pending analysis request, simply email us and we will delete it along with the details you submitted.
